Overview:
The 2011-2012 middle school and high school youth groups plan to meet twice a month from September through May. Sunday is the chosen day to meet, but changes may occur to suit the majority of youth attending. The agenda may include lively discussion, games and recreation, Biblical reflection, prayer and mission work, staying Christ-focused. KirkWood youth groups meet at the church, at the home of one of the leaders or a place where service is being offered (such as St Paul’s Episcopal Church, when feeding the homeless). Service projects are usually carried out on a day and place that best suits the work being done.
Parental consent forms must be filled out and turned in before the youth can go on any service project or outings. The forms can be found below and also at church, in the narthex.
